I'm prepared to experiment with that, but just wanted to ask first if anyone has done this before. The only thing I can think of from here is hex editing along the line of the Pain Mode switch, which I assume is a flag. That didn't work either, and the only save editor I'm aware of for VX and VXAce saves doesn't seem to allow flag editing for some reason. Then I thought maybe it's a combination of variables (there are several that only go in 3 possible multiples of 2, which is interesting) and parameters, so I watched for parameter changes. Two saves, one where he has both arms and one where he has one arm, then cutting off his arm in the first save and watching for the changed variables. I've done minor stuff like the famous Pain mode change over and adjusting Joy values, but I can't for the life of me figure out how the game determines Brad's arms.Īs far as I know, RPG Maker works off of a list of variables and flags, so it'd be one of those, either a variable with three possible settings or two, possibly three flags. Rule 3) Don't be an asshole, be polite and respectful towards one another. Rule 2) All posts that contain spoilers must be marked as such. Rule 1) All posts must relate to the LISA series of games, and/or its various fan works. You will learn that in this world being selfish and heartless is the only way to survive. Whether it's taking a beating for them, or chopping off limbs, or some other inhuman way. If you want to save a party member from death, you will have to sacrifice the strength of your character. These choices permanently effect the game play. Players will learn what kind of person they are by being FORCED to make choices.
#LISA THE PAINFUL RPG SAVE EDITOR FULL#
Beneath the charming and funny exterior is a world full of disgust and moral destruction. This can happen even if the game has not been saved inside this menu.

In Pain Mode during LISA: THE PAINFUL, however, once Brad interacts with a crow and exits the menu, the crow will explode, removing the save point from the game. Lisa is a quirky side-scrolling RPG set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Interacting with the crow will bring up the save menu and allow the game to be saved. A game about survival, sacrifice, and perverts.
